Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Srikanth Water Solution, we aim to provide quality RO water purifier sales and services. We understand that plans can change, and so we offer the following cancellation and refund policy:
1. Service Booking Cancellation
- You can cancel a service booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
- To cancel, please contact us via phone or WhatsApp with your booking details.
- No cancellation charges if done before the 2-hour window.
- If cancelled less than 2 hours before the appointment, service charges may apply.
2. Product Order Cancellation
- Product orders can be cancelled before dispatch or delivery.
- If the product has already been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
- Any cancellation after installation is not allowed.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only if:
- The cancellation is made within the valid time frame.
- The product is not installed or used.
- The product is returned in original condition (if applicable).
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.
- Refunds will be made to the original payment method (UPI, card, etc.).
4. No Refund Situations
- No refund is applicable once the service has been provided.
- No refund for installed or used water purifier units.
- No refund on accessories, filters, or parts once opened or used.
