Welcome to Srikanth Water Solution. By using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking or purchasing.

1. Services Offered

  • RO Water Purifier Sales (New & Branded Products)
  • RO Installation & Setup
  • RO Service, Repair & Maintenance

2. Booking & Payment

  • Book services via phone, WhatsApp, or our website.
  • Payments accepted via cash, UPI, or online (Zoho/Instamojo).
  • Full payment is required for product purchases.
  • Some services may require advance payment.

3. Warranty Policy

  • Warranty is provided as per the manufacturer’s policy.
  • Any service warranty will be mentioned at the time of booking.
  • We are not liable for damages due to misuse or third-party service.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancel service requests at least 2 hours before the appointment.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed in 3–7 business days.
  • No refund is applicable after service is completed or product installed.

  • We are not liable for delays due to weather, traffic, or power issues.
  • We are not responsible for previous poor installation or damage.
  • We are only liable up to the cost of the service/product provided.

UV bacteria kill చేస్తుంది, UF extra particles remove చేస్తుంది. Regular cleaning చేయడం వల్ల filters performance improve అవుతుంది. Low water flow , bad taste, odor ఉన్నా వెంటనే filter change చేయాలి. Technician suggestion తీసుకుని filters maintenance చేయండి. RO purifier service delay అయితే filter damage అయ్యే chance ఉంటుంది. Healthy Water , Healthy Life!
